I have worked with Coach Cindy for part of 2018, all of 2019, and for 2020 so far. She has a calm firm demeanor that has helped me draft a vision statement and chart a course for how to get there in small consistent steps. Losing weight at 65 years of age is not easy for a woman, but Cindy’s encouraging guidance just got stronger as I lost the weight and became accustomed to a lifestyle of healthy habits. Now I am in maintenance which is a whole different mindset and Cindy continues to be a guiding force. She makes me ask the right questions of myself and face what cannot be changed. If I had to do this all over again, as long as Cindy is the coach, I would!
